PDA Pro
I designed Gale, an intent-routed conversational experience for a niche audience: parents of children with PDA. Every message is read for intent and routed to a different agent, so Gale knows when to give advice, when to explain and when to just listen.
PDA (pathological demand avoidance) is a behaviour profile on the autism spectrum. A person with PDA shows an extreme, anxiety-driven resistance to everyday demands and requests, even simple ones like "brush your teeth" or "do your homework".
Atlas Keeper
A voice-first interactive experience where kids can actually talk to the character. I led a team of five and designed and built the whole engine. It mixes narrative with open conversation, so the story keeps moving whatever kids throw at it.
